PAYMENT METHOD AND DEADLINES
Upon selection, Bluebox will notify applicants of their acceptance. Once selected, applicants have four weeks to pay the registration fee of €950 (incl. VAT) in order to be officially enrolled in the program and secure their spot at Bluebox.
After enrollment, participants have three months to pay the tuition fee. Please note that the fee must be paid in full, as payment in installments is not available.

(CREATORS will be selected at the beginning of the season.)

NON EU PARTICIPATION
For select countries, we offer a 6-month version of the Bluebox program tailored specifically for international dancers. This option is €1,000 less than the full 8-month program. If you think you may be eligible or have any questions, feel free to contact us by email
EVALUATION MEETINGS
The program has evaluation periods in January and April.
If the evaluations are positive and the participants show strong artistic interest in staying at the program, they can stay at bluebox a maximum of 2 consecutive programs. It is possible to switch focus group in the second year.

ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE
At the end of the program, the participants will receive an Attendance Certificate signed by bluebox direction. The choreographer and the teacher's names plus the titles of their workshops will be certified in this document.
SCHOLARSHIPS
We do not offer a scholarship program at bluebox. We encourage our participants to look for support from regional or state governments in their own countries, as well as private foundations and EU structures such as Erasmus+
NOT EU VISA INFO
As we are not a school or university, we can only offer recommendations based on what has worked for dancers in previous generations. We kindly advise you to check the specific visa and residency options available for your country of origin.
"working holiday" visa (up to 12 months)
"type D" combined with a Tourist Visa (6 + 3 months)
Please note that, depending on your country of origin, you may be required to return home during the Christmas holidays.

LANGUAGE
All classes and workshops are conducted in English. Candidates participating in the program should be fluent in English to understand the material and express their ideas effectively. The required English level corresponds to the B1 Official Language system. If the guest artist speaks your mother tongue, they will be happy to switch to it for individual conversations.
