If you think you may be eligible or have any questions, feel free to contact us by email.
EXAMS
bluebox is not a school or university, so we don’t have exams. Instead, we focus on auditions and awards.
HOUSING IN VIENNA
We collaborate with The Social Hub, conveniently located near the studio, offering dancers a comfortable and well-connected living environment throughout their stay. Our participants benefit from discounted rates on fully furnished rooms with private bathrooms, alongside access to spaces designed for rest and recovery, a gym, free bike-sharing, laundry facilities, and 24-hour security—all within one integrated setting.
Alternatively, as part of our welcome brochure, dancers receive a curated selection of trusted platforms for shared flats and dormitory options across Vienna, allowing for more independent and flexible living arrangements.
ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE
At the end of the program, the participants will receive an Certificate signed by bluebox direction. The choreographer and the teacher's names plus the titles of their workshops will be certified in this document.
MULTI-YEAR PARTICIPATION
This Option is based on artistic development, availability, and mutual alignment within the working process, and is not guaranteed: If both sides agree that continued collaboration makes artistic sense, dancers may be invited to extend their participation for another season under favorable conditions.
SCHOLARSHIPS
As we do not receive public funding, bluebox is currently not able to offer an internal scholarship program. We encourage participants to explore funding opportunities through regional or national cultural institutions in their home countries, as well as private foundations and European programs such as Erasmus+. For selected participants, we are happy to provide supporting documents and confirmation letters to assist with application processes.
LANGUAGE
All classes and workshops are conducted in English. Candidates participating in the program should be fluent in English to understand the material and express their ideas effectively. The required English level corresponds to the B1 Official Language system. We do not require a particular exam.
